Don’t Abuse Your Volunteers
From their label alone, they were not forced to work for you, and they may likely not get paid for involving in your fundraising event. Therefore, if you don’t want to lose some valuable people, don’t ask too much from them. Don’t give them responsibilities that are impossible to execute in a short period of time. If possible, distribute the workload as equally as you can to your people.
